  I have been boxing for like 2 years but coming to Jesse since October of last year I can see a big difference in everything movement, defense, as well as comboninations great trainer highly recommended

  Jesse is an amazing trainer. He dedicates his time to the people he works with and really pays attention to their needs. I've never been motivated just going to the gym by myself, but since working out with Jesse I actually look forward to working out. Every personal training session is something new and a full body work-out. The boxing classes are also an awesome plus! They make you sweat like you won't believe. Jesse is great with making sure your form/technique is looking good. He will encourage you, and help you reach whatever your fitness goals are. I highly recommend him to everyone I know!

  Jesse Mendoza is one of the best trainers I have ever had. He's extremely friendly and he genuinely cares about his clients - you don't find many people like him now a days. He starts off slow, getting to know your strengths and weaknesses & then moves up by fixing those weaknesses and will give you his 100% effort in working with you as long as you give your effort right back to him. I will recommend him to anyone, anytime, no matter what. You won't be disappointed!
