  When we went there for first time they charged good money and on second visit which was free, they took another person for cut though we have an appointment. Unprofessional behavior by salon.

  This place has gone downhill since changing brand. Three times in a row they made me wait over 20 minutes for my appointment that I had scheduled without a tiny hint of apology or offer of discount, nothing. One time they even told me to come back because the person scheduled AFTER me had shown up and they didn't want to make him wait! Unbelievable. They also cut my hair poorly in a rush because, since they started me 20 mins late, they didn't have much time to actually cut my hair well. I was left with what can only be described as a ridiculous haircut. Besides that, the price is too high for the low professionalism. I was a loyal customer of 18:8 but now, with Stags, goodbye!

  This place is awesome. Nice people, good drinks, atmosphere, and of course the hair styling. Ask for AJ, she hooked it up!

  Unbelievable experience. The first time my hair turned out the way I wanted. Attention to detail, professional and friendly. I usually get my haircut at Supercuts or a local barber.. not anymore. 😊👍 Angelica was awesome.

  Angie is very nice as a person but she’s not so great as a professional. She doesn’t pay attention to detail. I don’t know if it’s laziness but I had to point out things in the picture that I showed her several times and remind her of things—in the end I didn’t get the haircut I wanted; it was okay, but sloppy and not worth forty dollars. She didn’t show me the back of my hair at the end; she didn’t clean up the back of my neck; I booked an executive cut and I didn’t get the neck and scalp massage although I was almost charged for it. This is the 3rd time I’ve seen her, trying to give her several chances and the 2nd time she didn’t honor the executive cut I had booked either. Again, everyone is very nice here, however the thoroughness, consistency and professionalism are lacking. The beverages are nice and the place it clean and comfortable. I wanted a cool, short, kinda trendy messy undercut. What I got was what looked like a military high-and-tight—not cool. And now I have to wait a couple months of buzz it to not look like this. Bummer.
