::Love the burgers! 👍 How could you not? You're doing everything but cooking them really - so if you didn't like it, that's like half on you homeboy. The upstairs bar is imho way cooler than downstairs which is more like a diner. Enjoy!

::We went for my son's birthday. Out for a round of drinks to celebrate. My son happens to work at another location. The waitress did recognize him as a former employee. I was disappointed in the service though. Not very swift and very impersonal. Really good prìces for pitchers of beer.

::Stack'd is pretty darn good, food wise. When we entered, we were shaken down for our identification as if we were in some night club by some random guy who we thought was another customer. We seated ourselves and waited for quite some time before anyone approached us for drinks and asking if we wanted menus. We finally ordered and the food was great. The chili was fantastic and a tasty burger. I wish a temperature option was added to the menu, however. I hate my burgers cooked "well done." other than that, I like the fill-up menu and the decor. I'd like to visit again in the near future and see what the upstairs is all about.

::Reasonable prices, but not very reasonable wait-times/service. We stopped Sunday evening around 7:30 PM for takeaway. Were generally ignored and avoided by the server. When she did take our orders, she took one order, entered it, then didn't come back for the other two for some while. She took care of the other handful of customers' drink orders in a timely fashion and took time to change the channel on the television for another customer at the bar. We did mention that ours were to-go orders and we obviously weren't sitting down and making ourselves comfortable. There was an overheard comment about "a lot of orders coming in for deliveries", so no doubt the kitchen was busy, but front-of-house really needs some attention.

::If you are craving a burger, then this is the place to go! I stopped in here just a few weeks ago, and discovered that in addition to the first floor, they also have a lovely 2nd level with a bar area and booth seating; it was the best spot on that particular snowy cold evening. The menu has lots of different combinations of burgers and sides to choose from, and you simply mark your choices on a menu card and then hand it to the wait staff, such a cool idea! Our waitress was amazing, the ambiance was very relaxed and of course the food, so delicious. Mark this spot on your next visit to Shadyside.
