  Wow...the worst receptionist ever. She just cut me off as I was speaking to put me on hold and never picked up. I had to call back and got connected with someone else who had a better attitude. The girl who picked up the first time always has an attitude and I know this because I've been going there for 10 years. She sounds so cranky and always has a tone of sarcasm and it's giving negative vibes of the entire clinic. I know the technicians in there are awesome and have been very nice to work but that one receptionist makes me want to look elsewhere.

  Dear Drs. Kim and Cho I would like to express my sincere gratitude to you for seeing my mother today despite your very hectic schedule. If it weren't for your overbooking my mother and promptly diagnosing left hemianopsia, my mother may have been in more serious trouble than we anticipated. She is now in Hackensack Hospital and getting anticoagulated and getting a full neuro and cardiac work up after finding a CT confirmed infarction in the posterior aspect of her right occipital lobe. Had we gone to her primary care physician tomorrow and get the MRI done with pre-authorization by Tuesday, she could have had larger untreated infarction. Once again, thanks to all of your staff from your office manager to Drs. Cho and Kim, my mother's cerebral infarction was caught much earlier than anticipated.   Seriously the worst receptionists ever. I've heard lots of bad stories about this place mouth-to-mouth and even on yelp.

  Appt at 4:30, still waiting an hour later. No one around. So much time I thought I'd write this review to pass the time. Typical medical office that fill up their appt book to make money at the expense of patients' time, taking advantage of their medical needs. Won't be coming back.

  I strongly recommend this place if you have a lot of free time. The total waiting time was 2 hours and ended up to see the doctor for 5 minutes. And they wanted me to see another doctor the following week for regular checkup of glaucoma which will give me another round of charge and 2 hour waiting. Couldn't they figure it out before so it could've been handled at the same time when I visited? It's very unpleasant experience and getting worse every time I visit here. I don't think I will go back to this place ever again!
