This church has two different services, a traditional service and a more open, non traditional service. If you are coming from a Presbyterian background, this church is more on the liberal side and is a very welcoming community, willing to meet you where you are at. Dress how you like

I was mortified to go to this church and see a racist Black Lives Matter banner on the front of the church. It is really awful when your church decides to get into politics rather than focusing on God. Black Lives matter is every bit as racist as those awful white supremacist groups. Shame!

St. Mark's has always been a very inclusive church. We welcomed African Americans and LBGT folk long before it was acceptable to do so in white society. Nick, I think you totally misunderstand the purpose of the Black Lives Matter organization. It has nothing to do with only liking one race or thinking that blacks are the most important race. We certainly don't hate our own members (most of whom are white). Are you the person who stole that banner from St. Mark's last weekend? That was an illegal act.

Came to St MARK'S about four years ago....I am now part of a caring family. Varied Adult discussion groups. Active social ministries. Social gathering for plays and other activities. World greatest organist and choir and hand bells. Pastor Bart helps you through Sundays with thoughtful and hopeful readings and discussions. Come try you'll be glad.
