Nice facility, and nice employees. I was a little concerned about the Amtrak bus I was placed on. The bus started making a stong strange burning smell. The bus was literally smoking but the bus driver kept going. I admire his determination but I would've liked another bus called for our safety.

Everything everybody is complaint bout is false I've been riding since a young adult never had a problem. Btw person complaining bout train stopping for no reason is cu another train is coming through. Every train does it

WILL NOT TAKE AGAIN! We were going to Chicago for an audition I had and my mom broke her foot days before. They were SO unhelpful and the conducter of the train was SO RUDE! Don't waste your time or money. Take a bus! Don't mean to be rude but this HAS to be said! Once on the train, they were okay, but really horrible service getting to the train!

Worst scheduling I have ever seen. Took the train to Chicago, stopped outside union station for an hour. No explanation from any of the staff. Finally, "we got some signals crossed, sorry for the delay" . Missed my scheduled events. Why? "Signals crossed" . What is a train conductor good for if he can't read signals? Then, OK, way back can't be that bad. Nope, just stopped within eyesight of the station. 30 minutes, no explanation. Turns out, announcements in our car, the one going to specifically the St Louis station. So you put us in a car you know we don't hear anything in and then don't send a singal attendant to inform anyone what is going on. Also, saw plenty of attendants going to Chicago. How many back to stl? None. What kind of weak, half-cracked system is this? Customer service, none. Customer satisfaction, none. I spend the gas and drive myself next time. At least when I guess a drive will take 6 hours, I expect it to take 6 hours. My mistake amtrak, completely misguiding customers is great, and totally acceptable to everyone. Incompetence.
