  I was looking for very small shifter parts for a 1987 Cannondale. After 5 minutes of sorting through parts and tinkering, I found everything I needed! Very helpful staff. Looking forward my next trip here!

  Just bought a bike here this week, and I'm loving it so far! I came into the store not knowing exactly what I wanted, and the people working there were excellent in asking questions about what I wanted from a bike and then made helpful suggestions. The person helping me out actually stayed after the shop was supposed to close in order to help me figure out what other things I needed to go along with my bike. Though I didn't take advantage of it, B Works also is willing to work with customers to build a custom bike to their liking from the frame up, which I thought was very cool. It is a great place to look for bike parts and accessories. Overall great experience. It feels great to support a shop with such a great community presence. It's also nice not to pay sales tax. I don't know if I've ever felt better leaving a store than when I left B Works; I would recommend it to anyone that asks.
