  I’ve called several times and left multiple messages. I showed up to the clinic during their open hours and it was locked. At this point I’m wondering if it’s even a real business. Do not waste your time, money, and energy. It would be unwise to show up for an appointment for which the business has never confirmed nor answered phone calls. I genuinely hope that your family is okay BUT a quick search through Google reviews show that you respond the same thing to every unfavorable review. I made an appointment and I left voicemails which still have not been responded to despite the fact that you’ve responded to this review. You have shown horrible customer service and that is enough to leave a 1 star review.

  Amazing prices for the treatments they offer and Dan is so gentle, thorough, and professional! The building is older, but they keep it very clean and it has a warm, comfortable feeling in the rooms.

  I had a $300+ facial, skin lifting that only took 15 minutes with no results. I was told it would take a few weeks to see results, still nothing. I regret spending my hard earned money on this service.

  I scheduled an appointment for 1/20. When I arrived they told me they were over an hour behind with patients (no courtesy call) so they rescheduled me for 1/23. I called several times morning of the 23rd to confirm my appointment (didn’t get any kind of text or email confirmation) and to make sure they were not behind again. I left a voicemail and even called and text their remote number. Didn’t hear anything back. So I drove out again and got there slightly early for my appt and there was a makeshift sign on the door that somebody clearly made morning of, saying they were closed. I tried calling back again today at 10am and left a voicemail. I still have not received a single call or email from them. That office is 30 min away from my house so I have wasted 2 hours of driving! EXTREMELY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!

  I love St. Jude Medical Center! Dr. Okoye is very attentive and I've been going to him for nearly 3 years now. His Nurse, Dan, is extremely competent and ALWAYS makes sure that my medicine makes it to the pharmacy like it's supposed to, he makes sure that any prescription insurance "prior authorization" issues are taken care of, makes sure that my appointments are in a timely fashion and I'll always be with this practice!
