  I did not appreciate the attitude of the staff they were arrogant callous and disinterested in what my wife and I had to tell them in regards to our daughters death. After consulting with our parish priest he told us to leave and he sent us to another funeral home who showed us the respect that we deserve. I understand funeral directing a play on your emotions and they try to get as much money out of you as possible. There has to be a special place in hell for funeral directors.

  Our services were handled with the utmost care and respect. My husband died about 1 and 1/2 hours before my son insisted we stop and at least look at where we were going to go. In about 45 minutes everything was bought and paid for and I went on that day with the knowledge that everything was settled, and it was. Thanks to Ken and his staff. T
