  My visit yesterday at squash blossom was most disappointing. I purchased a leather belt for $95 a while back that I didn't end up wearing. It still had all the original tags and was wrapped in the tissue paper and bag from the original purchase. I didn't expect to receive a return for the item, but to be able to exchange it for something else or receive a store credit or work out something else with the manager. The same style belts are also on current display in the store, so it's not an item no longer being sold. The manager handled my request in a very unprofessional way. She was very condescending in her tone and body language telling me that she won't take the item back as the style is no longer being sold. When I inquired that the same belts are on display for purchase, she responded that those were in a different color and texture and there's nothing she would do for me. I am a retail manager myself and fully understand return policies and implications. What was beyond disappointing, is how the manager handled this situation and the lack of friendly customer service. I can go to Walmart and receive better service than at squash blossom. From a unique boutique in my community I expect unique and friendly service, a manager who is understanding and able to handle a simple customer request with empathy. She wasn't even interested in trying to find a resolution, but was only concerned with a potential loss to her profit. She treated me like a transaction, not like a customer who you want to feel happy when they leave. I was so disappointed with how I was treated that I left the belt and its original on the counter. When I informed the manager that I would leave my purchse with her, she said "ok". I will not go back and also tell my friends about the terrible service I received.

  So great low prices and so cute inside, the owner and staff is super nice, the cloths are great for all ages, there's nice jewelry, I got a ring for a cheap price I suggest shopping here!!!!

  I am not from Atlanta. I went to supper across the street and saw this boutique was open until 8pm. So, I rushed my supper to get there before 8pm. I opened the door at 7:53pm and a lady behind the desk immediately told me, "Sorry, we're closed" before I even walked in. Do not put "Open from 10am to 8pm" on your door unless you stay open those hours.
