  ******DANGER******* *****WARNING****** Went to kemah Texas used their valet service. Brand New 2017 200 miles Car came back with a deep scratches..took pictures and filed a report. No accountability from this company...NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!

  Will damage your car and say it was not them ! Called and emailed was never called or emailed back . Having to post a police report and hire an attorney to start A civil suit against them . Should not be trusted in any way . I lost every thing in the flood and was staying in a motel paid for by fema . Still charged me $15 per night to park . Had bought a 2 year old car after loosing my car in the flood was told the damage could not have been them cus Car was not New ....... trying to peace my life back together ....... can not be trusted to park a Car New or old .

  Horrific Experience with SPS! I used them at the Magnolia Hotel, downtown Dallas and they internally damaged my vehicle!! Their staff didn't know how to drive a manual transmission and stripped my clutch. When I submitted a claim they sent me a template form response denying my claim. This company's business model to screw people over! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT Give your keys to this Valet service. Now let me touch on their customer service-their website states 'excellent customer service' and I received the worst! These people do not care about you! If I could give negative stars I would.

  We recently had two items stolen out of our car while car was valeted by State Parking Service at Magnolia Hotel in Dallas. The only time the car was not being used while in Dallas was while it was parked in valet lot. We called to report the stolen items and to have an insurance claim - State denied everything and denied claim and offered ZERO reason other than we reported the claim too late - the thing was, we reported the missing items three hours after checking out of the hotel. The other bummer - both items belonged to our 7 & 5 year old daughters - who were extremely disappointed. I'm not in the business of a bad review or trying to hurt anyone, but I WOULD NEVER TRUST STATE PARKING SERVICES. DO NOT USE THEM AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - I certainly will never use them again. By the way, if I could give ZERO stars I would.

  Absolute worst for customer service. Their drivers wrecked our car as well and they just keep saying they are looking into it and doing nothing. Also VERY VERY reluctant to give their insurance information. As of this writing I have still have not received it. The person we have talked to about it repeatedly continues to give us the run around and will not put us in contact with his insurance. DO NOT PARK HERE and if you have to, take photos of your car going in before they ever leave with it. Their people are not cautious in any form or fashion with your vehicle. BEWARE!!!!!!
