  Despite some issues, staff there are polite and knowledgeable. I *appreciate* all the help I received from Richard, Ronnee, Brandon Welch, and other employees as well. This will surely be my 'go to' place and I hope other customers have the same great experience I have had. Thank you guys for treating me with respect and helping me with my service needs!!!

  Wow!! Where did customer service go? Rattled employees, seemingly no structure. Honestly right now, I wouldn't walk into any Sprint store based on 2 very bad experiences.

  I have been a customer if Sprint since the late 1990s. Never have I had as terrible and experience with sprint than I did at this store with their employee Juan. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Waited over an hour to be served. Juan first would not put his phone down to talk to me about plans and service details. Then proceeded to passively insult me, by making implies remarks that this was too much work for him and I should know more about my account. Which was what I was there to learn about in the first place. 2hrs of “working” with him while he joked with other staff, disappeared around the corner to be on his phone for 15 min at a time. To finally get it worked out. Then, he lied about what the final monthly charges would be, and when asked for a run down of everything that would be on the bill he left out $100 worth of fees (I find out a month later when I called the main sprint CS directly, we’re there was shining service. I also, found out through the main CS Juan charged me twice for one phone). Now it is two months later and I discover what Juan lied again, saying what was a “gift or basically free money”. Of $300 for accessories was not a promotional discount like he said was actually $300 in accessory financing. Avoid this store. Avoid Juan. This experience pushed a life long customer off Sprint when the contract is up.

  Been here 10 minutes. No welcoming greeting. No one acknowledged me. Manager Walked right passed. No customer service what so ever! Re- edit. I waited 30 minutes and got no help. Had to walk out being unable to pay my bill. Sprint needs to step their game up
