  all that space and no service dept, pass by there this store barley has a customers there are more repair needs in the area then a sprint sales need

  no one in the store, so I thought i'd be in and out... The only one in the store was the manager, not helpful! not friendly! wanted to transfer my data from my old phone to the new replacement phone and have it activated... he started to activate it then told me he couldn't transfer the data because the nation wide system was down and only a store across town could... I'm not from New Orleans and don't know the area... the manager wouldn't even show me on the google map on my phone how to get there!!! NO ONE IN THE STORE AND HE COULD CARE LESS TO BE POLITE AND HELPFUL!!! THIS STORE NEEDS A NEW MANAGER OR CLOSE!!!!!!!

  Terrible service. I sat there for two hours trying to get a plan worked out and it turned out I had been lied to the entire time. The store worker kept telling me that my monthly bill would be 80 dollars. I specifically asked her again and again that she was sure the plan was 80 dollars a month and that would be that. turns out a week later that my bill will actually be 130 dollars a month. Sprint gave me zero help with this issue and refused to honor the agreement the associate gave me. I will be switching back to AT&T. If you use sprint I highly suggest you leave for a more reputable company and if you absolutely must have sprint then i suggest you at the very least never use this particular store as the sales associates are lying vipers that will tell you absolutely anything to get you set on a plan and out the door.
