  Called ahead to get a new phone. They told me they had it. The employee went to the back to get it, spent 25 minutes there, then told me the only one they had was reserved for someone else. They should have told me that before I came to save me a trip.

  RESET YOUR PASSWORD when you leave this store. I had great service and my problem was solved to my huge relief. However, a couple of days later my Apple ID and password were used in another location to buy $90 worth of downloads before Apple disabled my ID. The sales rep and I reset my password while she worked on my phone and the two of us were the only ones who knew that information. Addendum: A week later, I received an email from Sprint telling me I had already used up 75% of my data minutes.. That had never happened before and I was told that it was someone else on my share plan. I've never had a share plan but now there was an unfamiliar phone number attached to my account. I would suggest using another store.

  It's a new super work an old Radio Shack sign. But once you get a Sprint rep, the service is excellent.
