  Skye has been the greatest and I've worked with her twice on getting hooked up with Sprint! I brought in a referral and he got full ON hooked up!

  I've asked them numerous times to fix a problem with am app on my phone, I've been being charged 3×'s a month for Amazon Prime on a phone that has been cancelled and on my phone that is being used plus my bank acct, but they say I've never called to cancel it, I've got the dates that I cancelled it, but they won't do the rt thing and put what they owe me to my bill, they will not say they were wrong when they clearly were, I'm at my witts end with Sprint, I made sure to get dates and names of ppl I talked to and they still will not hold any accountability, if I were not locked into Sprint I would've left long ago

  They try? ETA: yeah don't go here. Two times we have gone and the dread-locked kid screwed up our account so bad that when we tried to add my Mom at another Sprint corporate location, it took 2 hours and three technicians to fix what he bungled. This wasn't the first time, either. Pro tip: always make sure you're going to a "Sprint corporate store. Not a franchise. There's really no way to tell. You just have to call Sprint and ask because the franchise stores wil lie. Trust me. You can even go online or call to make an appointment. I highly recommend the location in Clackamas. The downtown location is easy, but full of... not-so-knowledable kids.

  Great shop. Great location. The wait for service was a bit long, but once I got in, the service itself was top notch. Friendly and knowledgeable is exactly what you want at a cellphone shop! The price for cellphone accessories is high but interestingly I ordered a charger cable from Amazon Prime and it did not work. Bought one here and it worked like a charm!
