  I've gone 3 times wanting to take off the insurance for my phone because I no longer want it and everytume I go 2 ladies tell me that they can't do anything about it on store that I have to call when I call they tell me they should be able to do it on store. One of the times I went a young man was able to fix everything I needed.. While the ither 2 just sit and chit chat and say they can't fo anything... Then why do they work there?

  Worst customer service ever had. Ask about filing insurance for phone and the customer service tech tell me a price that i saw on the claim site and they can even provide a loaner phone until the new phone comes in if it needs replaced. I get a phone call over an hour later saying they will have to do a full claim claiming the price was twice as much than what i saw and they previously quoted. After I got asurion involved they claimed ignorance of not looking up the price before calling me and refused a loaner phone. Phone is not working and needs a replacement asap but will have to wait 2 days until then. Sprint has always failed us. When it comes to signal nobody is worse! Customer service is right at the bottom!

  Very bad costumer service... They don't know what they are doing... I went for an upgrade, I called to the costumer service line first and they told me I was ready for the upgrade so I went to this physical store and they told me that the costumer service line lied to me and that any upgrade was possible for me ... I was not happy and I tried the Yarbrough store they did the upgrade fast and easy... Don't waste your time going to this store!!! I came later for a malfunction on my phone and the technician did nothing... I went to the Zaragoza store they changed my phone fast and easy... This store is not in the map for me anymore!!! :)

  Went here once to see how much it would be to upgrade my phone. They added the phone to my account and charged me for the upgrade fee and everything just to tell me that my bill would be $150 for one phone line. Told them then and there that it was too much and I didn't want it. Months later and Im still trying to get the equipment protection plan off my account for a phone I never bought, and I can't seem to get my upgrade fee back. They have no idea what they're doing or how to listen to a customer even when you repeat yourself multiple times.

  Took almost 2 weeks to get my phone back from a repair. Bad communication between sprint and asurion. Did not have a loaner for me and they had the gall to say in front of me when i picked up my phone "we should request more loaners." Now my stylus is missing but I never want to go back until I end my service. Gonna go back to verizon soon.
