::Great service!! The tech support people are extremely knowledgeable and helpful! The sales associates are okay, but often unhelpful because they don't know much. The manager, Mr. Hunt is really knowledgeable and helpful. Go to him if the regular sales associates don't help....

::I have never had a more efficient, courteous, convenient and overall pleasant experience at any other Sprint store. It's usually a zoo no matter what you need, associates are typically surly and slow, and last time (Virginia Beach) I was upgrading phones and they gave me the wrong color. This time, from the moment I was greeted throughout my experience with Tim to when I picked up, it was definitely better than I expected.

::When I say they are terrible... My phone has been broken for a month now...I filed a CLAIM and WENT to this location ONLY to be told they are out of SCREENS for my G8+ and they will call when some are in....I have never been on NO WAITING LIST to get my device fix!!!!! NEVER!!!! THIS IS A PHONE STORE NOW TELL ME WHY THEY ARE OUT OF SCREENS AND 3 WEEKS LATER STILL NO CALL!!! I am a very patient person but imagine paying a bill for a broken phone that half works and all because SPRINT EMPLOYEES don't care to inform you when your phone can be repaired. YOU CAN NOT TELL A LOYAL CUSTOMER YOU DON'T KNOW WHEN THEIR PHONE WILL BE REPAIRED!!!!! The employees are not properly trained. They will be the cause of sprint losing customers. They don't care!!!!!! I NEVER COMPLAIN BUT this is RIDICULOUS!!!!

::I feel like buying a new cell phone and changing carriers is similar to buying a car. No one wants to do it and it's pretty agonizing but the job has to be done. The people were fairly friendly and I was out of then in about an hour so I won't complain too much.

::I took my phone here (Sprint 5299 Poplar Ave) for repair last week; broken camera lens. Melissa (technician) is simply awesome! Great attitude, very helpful, and courteous. Quick turn-around on my phone repair. The rest of the staff are polite and helpful as well. Good group of people. This is the only Sprint store I will go to. Big thanks to Melissa!
