  Horrible customer service. I was helped by one rep named Alvin who is no longer there, he swindled me into two lines telling me one thing quoting one price but did the complete opposite. How does $75 a month turn to $400!? I brought this to Laura Smith's attention and she's just awful. She plays sincere, but no follow up, no call returns. It's come to me showing up at the store everyday until this issue is resolved... It just so happened there's never a manager available, I have yet to hear from one! This has to be the worst batch of Sprint sales people I've ever encountered. South center Sprint even said they can and should be able to fix the issue... so why haven't they fixed it yet?

  Awesome employees and hooked me up with more than I expected for the price.....definitely recommend it...see Brendan only!

  I can't speak for all of them but the sales person who helped me was fantastic (Brenden Wright). Did Brenden try to sell me something, yes, but he also tried to help me as much as he could. Great demeanor.

  Brendan W was absolutely amazing! Thanks to his patience and perseverance, I am staying with Sprint. Give him a raise!!

  Brendan was absolutely awesome!!! Was not expecting to buy a new phone today. He sold me my new phone without a hard sell. Thanks again Brendan!!!
