  This store has incredible people! I’ve gotten the best customer service and only had the best experiences with Dionna and Ben! Definitely will only be shopping and going here for help , thanks for everything you guys do !

  Every time I go into the West Seattle Sprint Tommy and Dionna give me great service ! They are so helpful !!!

  My iPhone 5 died on a Friday afternoon. By Friday evening, I had a replacement phone with all the same bells and whistles ..... and with a monthly payment of $4 or $5 less than what it had been before ..... all thanks to Benjamin at this Sprint store. He knows his stuff, and he was very clear on what my options were .... explaining everything in detail and answering all my questions. He made the process of phone replacement SO much easier than I envisioned it would be. A+ to Benjamin!
