  I went to this Sprint location this past Monday. My experiences whenever i try to get a phone has never been easy, and there always seemed to be a problem. Stefano made this experience great, and helped me through every issue along the way! I highly recommend seeing him if your having an issue. He truly is on the customers side, and does everything in his power to help you out. I left an extremely happy customer, and with a new Iphone! Thank you for your great service Stefano.

  I don't usually write reviews but... Trent was incredible. So thorough from start to finish. He got me every promo possible and five lines of service! I am referring everybody to this store, specifically Trent!

  Superb excellent service from this location. My best experience with sprint stores yet. My associate , Trent, was beyond helpful and patient. He actually literally stayed with me for well over an hour going over all my questions and details thoroughly without ever rushing me. Can’t say enough good things about this location, other sprint stores not so much.. but definitely a positive experience in this one.

  Matt the store manager is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My husband and I went in there today and Matt assisted us with not only what we went in for, then also helped us pick a better data plan and saved us money where he could. I don't always have the time to go into the store to handle things on our account but I have a much better experience in-store than with the customer service on the phone. I've also been to other Sprint locations and the Medford store is by far the best!

  Kevin was go great and helpful! I came in with a ton of questions and he answered all of them quickly, accurately and efficiently and in a professional manner. He was able to transfer all of my data so I didn’t have to worry about a thing! I am more than satisfied with my new phone and the customer service at this location and would highly recommend Sprint service and Medford location to everyone. Buying a new phone can be stressful and it can be such a long drawn out process - not this time! I am so grateful I chose to come in today and got to work with Kevin.
