  After going to sprint store closer to my house and getting no help there I came to this one. Jonathan was really nice & help me get my issue resolved.

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. At first, the customer service I thought was great but later down the line when I had to upgrade I went to another Sprint Store which is located on Fletcher Parkway, which I highly recommend, showed me that when I wanted to change my plan and services, I had to pay over a 100s of dollars which I wasn’t informed of. This store and customer service was the worst and they pretty much gave me false info causing me to pay way too much money. I’ll never return to this store. Pure trash

  Terrible customer service. The service tech was good and had good support which is why I can give 1 star. But overall very disappointing at the level of concern. I tried explaining my issue, the girl took my phone and just rushed it to the tech without getting full details. And details I already explained she tried to come back and ask me about the same thing I spent time trying to explain. I usually don't write reviews, but I want to share a review to hopefully open the door for improvement in customer service from the employees who are on the forefront when customers enter. When I came back to pick up my phone she asked another guy to speak with me while standing there and not greeting. I was very surprised at the lack of professionalism.

  This is the worst cell phone carrier I ever dealt with in my life. They don't know what customer service is and they just want to take your money. Cell phone coverage, representatives, manager was horrible. I highly recommend NEVER try sprint because they are cheap. There's a reason why the are cheap. Now we are in a hole and owe them money because they give us promotions and after we sign up it's not offered. And are bill are higher then they stated. They say I'm sorry we can't do anything when they told us it would be cheaper with their promotion. I'm so sick of sprint now I have to find a new carrier which will cost more money. I'll be contacting the better business bureau.
