  Joyce Simpson The Store Manager Is Extremely Rude And Unprofessional!!! They Lie About The Deals There Offering Just So They Can Get People 2 Sign Up Or Switch There Service! Slow Service As Well Plan On Spending A Minimum Of 1-2 Hrs In There To Do Anything....

  The store manager Joyce is incredibly incompetent. I will never do business with sprint again. First because of the service. It is god awful. Second, because Joyce was so incredibly rude and unable to assist me while yelling at her employees in my presence. Does she not understand that customer do not want to hear about what her employees could do better? Incredibly unprofessional. I almost couldn't believe what I was witnessing. She was so cut throat and rude I honestly don't understand why anyone would work at this location. She also lied to me about me eligibility for a free tablet at the point of sale; shouldn't the store manager know whats going on? And the promotions? Apparently she does not. Good bye sprint.
