::Gosh! Worst customer service ever!! 😶 I was low key yelled buy a customer associate. I felt extremely humiliated and had to strom out of the store! I wasted 2 hrs of my busy life because she kept giving me wrong info. Instead of being apologetic, she gave me attitude! It was so bad that I had to call customer service and file a complaint. I was trying to be more understanding, instead I got insulted infornt of other customers because I sadly said "this was such a waste of time". I am shocked to be treated like this. If you cannot control your tamper, don't work in retail. Also, there were two customers ahead of me whom she was not able to help properly. Never going to this store again! :(

::I came in hoping to activate my new phone. The sales associate attempted one thing that did not work. After that my only further advice was to call sprint. All the employees basically ignored me while on their phone. I understand I can call customer care but considering I already took time to come into the store, I expected to be helped. I will never come to this location again. I guess I will just call from now on because clearly going in store is pointless.

::Rafi helped me in the store today, he is an absolutely amazing employee. The service was so fast and efficient and he did it all with a smile. It is my personal opinion that this young man deserves a raise!
