  My sales consultant Gaby was amazing. She is very personable & explained everything in great detail. Gaby listened to what I wanted, bundled it up to save me a great deal of money. I highly recommend this location. Ask for Gaby.

  Emmanuel Dominguez is extremely prejudiced and rude. I am not sure why he chose to discriminate against my mother and I but it is clear he does this on the regular. He argued with me about a restocking fee and never even checked my account. My mother was extremely upset because she felt his actions were motivated by race. He wanted us to take his word on our account without ever checking it. After he and my mother got into an argument, another csr helped us and immediately checked our account. Although she did give us the same story about a restocking fee, since she actually had the sense to check our account, she was able to correct herself. I happen to have a business account so restocking fees don't apply. I was extremely pissed to learn that the whole horrible mess wouldn't have happened if he would have checked our account but he didn't because he never intended on helping us in the first place. This man should be fired and he should not be working with the public if he doesn't want to help certain types of people. The way he spoke to my mother in a condescending and dismissive tone was way out of line. If you are a Latino (which I happen to be, but I am Afro Latina and don't look like I am, my mother is fully black) then you will be treated well. If you are any other race I don't recommend you visit this store. It was horrible to experience this type of treatment and I am considering closing my account solely because of Emmanuel Dominguez.

  Excellent customer service they tend to you right away not a long wait time like some other corporate locations.

  Amazing service!!! I always get what I need at this Sprint. I love nowhere close but I come here. Sarah is the best!!

  More definitely the best customer service I've had at a Sprint store, EVER. For it once being a RadioShack long ago, I had a very pleasant experience with the sales reps. They're all very kind and will take their time to answer all and any of my questions. Would definitely recommend friends and family to this store moving forward.
