  Jesus was really helpful and nice helping me and my family out with our phones. He has good customer service unlike the other workers he actually cares about the customer.

  This place the workers try to lie and they try to cover each other. Do not try to deal with the buy back program. They will not disclose the proper information that you need. They will not tell you every detail about the buy back program is not what it looks like. If they say sprint will pay for you to cancel your other contract, then it's not like that. There's more to it than this. Have them explain the break down of how it is done.

  Don't bother with this location. I was recently dealing with a stolen phone issue and their best solve was to pay off my phone which would take 5 days to process after paying cash... and in the meantime add another line and pay retail. The manager to my complete dismay asked if I had a friend who needed a phone and after processing was done, I could get my new phone for my line and have 'my friend' get phone and line I paid full price for. Extremely reckless advice for someone in a vulnerable position after phone was stolen. I then went to Sprint authorized dealer on Bellflower and Willow (next to Jamba Juice) and was able to pay off my stolen phone instantly and get a new contract setup at no upfront cost.
