  Alejandro at this store was amazing! He was so patient with my elderly mother who was so distraught over losing her phone. He was patient, attentive and knowledgeable. I am so appreciative for the kind service.

  After so many years of being with different providers I found a representative from the Broadway and Campbell store 244244, that truly cares about his customers. I got a great deal on 5 phones from him.. This guy has help me with my account billing and helped reset service and reboot a phone with some trouble shooting and taking time from his own sales time to help me and my family... Alejandro has been the best representative that I have known that has put so much time into his customers.. After all what Alejandro has done for my 5 phones and service, I'm truly a satisfied customer. It's about customer service which Alejandro has provided in over just 1 month of being a customer...   As soon as walking in the door you feel the professionalism in the environment. The group's team work there is amazing as well. I walked in with that fear that everyone gets before having to go deal with your service provider. But that quickly changed once I got to talk to Alejandro. His help was tremendously fantastic and genuine, something you do not get much any where else unfortunately. I highly recommend going to this store for any of your phone service needs.Good job guys!

  Everyone here is awesome! Alejandro was helping me out, but Isaac was working too and I was really impressed with both! Alejandro is probably the most helpful, knowledgeable, and kind employee I've ever come in contact with, both at Sprint and elsewhere. He even helped me get more out of my purchase than I was expecting without having to spend more money for it. He was also super patient with me and all my (admittedly dumb) questions without making me feel like an idiot. Both he and Isaac made the whole store environment friendly and welcoming. This is by far the most helpful and positive experience I've ever had at a Sprint store, and I definitely recommend coming to the Broadway location!
