::Came in on April 17th to port from AT&T to my roommate's Sprint account. The employee told us that they couldn't get the number to port from AT&T. I said that was fine, as long as the account itself was closed. They gave me the new number and assured me everything was closed out with the AT&T account. Two weeks later I was notified that my AT&T payment was processed. I called to confirm the account was closed and they told me they never received a request and that the account was still open and being billed. I called Sprint directly who said my roommate would need to go back to the store as he's the account holder. He went to the store and spoke with an employee who identified themselves as the assistant manager. They let my roommate know that there was nothing they could do about it and that we should come back when the employee who did it wrong was working. Since that employee isn't a manager, we are unsure what they were going to be able to do about it. The manager also said it was our fault for leaving when the number wasn't ported, telling my roommate we should have known that it wasn't done right. We called Sprint again and they suggested that we close the AT&T account and send in the final statement and they'll see what they can do about it. I also called the customer service line of the parent company, Arch Telecom, but it went to a generic voicemail so I left a message with my information, name, and call back number. I have not yet received a call back. As of 5/13 this has not been resolved.

He was very knowledgeable on the products and services therefore was able to answer every question I had in regards to my recent I phone X purchase. He helped me transfer my service from my old phone to my new iPhone X while helping two other customers at the same time. I really appreciated this as it expedited the process altogether. This Great services is hard to come by...thank you Sprint.
