  So as a Sprint customer for almost a decade I can not believe the lack of customer service at their stores. How can a Sprint store not have a SIM card for a phone!!!????? If you really need to have something done call their customer service line as they can actually help. Maybe when T-Mobile takes over things will be better?

  PRIME LOCATION NOT WORTH THE HASSLE* I went to this store to return a product and AFTER waiting 20 minutes and wondering why customer-less sales people weren't helping me, I was told the only person that could do that for me was busy -_- I went for a 2nd time and was told the same thing after waiting for another 10 minutes. Finally, after the third attempt, I was able to return the product. JOKES ON ME! The product is still showing on my bill!? After chatting with customer service, I've been directed to go BACK to this location and sort it out there. I originally went to this location because it is close to my office but it is NOT worth the convenient location.

  I went to this store because it was most convenient. I needed tempered glass for my iPhone immediately. Even though this store was busy and I had to wait for a period of time the store manager and staff was extremely friendly. Kirby installed my glass and was very honest and helpful in explaining which glass was better and why. Even though I have a line due for an upgrade and am not upgrading for another month due to other circumstances which I explained to Kirby when he mentioned my upgrade he told me upgrading should be the least of my concern. Extremely professional and polite.
