  Came in late to have a phone looked at. The repair people were just about to leave but the lady who greeted us talked them into looking at my son's phone. She was awesome!

  My husband and I decided to switch phone carriers from Sprint to Verizon, the only reason being coverage. While this transition is usually a nightmare the team at the Midway Marketplace Sprint Store on University went out of their way to be of service. The team is professional and respectful, they multi-task issues with customers and genuinly care in the manner of assistance given to each customer. I have never seen this excellence like this in any other wireless store. Thank you Mike and the other Sprint Team Members.

  This store is so slow like a turtle. They spent like over an hour on one customer. They don’t even have enough staff at all. They only had two guys on the desk for the customers and they were slower than their gramma honestly. Regretted to come to sprint from t-mobile. You don’t even spend 30 minutes at T-Mobile. Smh 🤦🏼‍♂️

  This location is too ghetto. They had rap/hip hop music playing saying girls, money, drugs, swear words, etc, with children inside the store. And who ever was working there that day had their kids there playing around because I guess they had no one to watch their kids, which is understandable but not professional. I went in, half the time I couldn't tell if the representative was talking to me or not. He would say something which I thought he was talking to me, and then I would look stupid answering because he was doing his own thing. In the end the problem i had with my iphone they couldn't solve and they didn't tell me the reason why because they were about to close and so I was booted out.

  The store and this staff are so helpful and patient. I equate going to the phone store with a day at the DMV (from past experiences) I dread it. This is the best experience I have had at a phone store ever. Yes there was a wait but it was well worth it to work with the staff there. I had the opportunity to see how the staff and management worked with the customers ahead of me and everyone was treated with respect and humor. Even the smallest of issues were taken to heart and they made sure that the customer left feeling comfortable and that all their questions were answered. Even the rude customers... and there were a lot of them. Elmi was positive and refreshing and genuinely concerned and caring to the questions and problems I had. The manager, Mike, was charming and friendly and kept checking in as the problem was being resolved. The atmosphere was upbeat (great music was playing) and I felt taken care of and valued as a customer. The other reviews on here seem to be made in haste and are not helpful at all. Humans are the worst, I can't imagine having to deal with some of the other people that i saw in the store that day and that have left comments on this platform. The way I see it these guys were doing the best that they could with the resources that they had. They exceeded what I thought I was going to get and really made the experience a pleasant one.
