  This is the worst Sprint store in town. If you need assistance with an issue, DO NOT STOP BY THIS STORE!! One representative did not put his phone down long enough to answer any questions. So, I moved on to a different rep, assuming he would assist with a lease return. I just received my bill to find, Ernesto C. did not process the return correctly. When I returned to store to discuss the mistake, I was told I did not view my bill right. There was an additional $200 non lease return fee on the bill. But, I didn't view the bill right. This store is a joke! The customer service is horrible, the representative act like they're too busy to help a customer, unless you're buying a new phone, and they are playing on theirs phones, when hey should be paying attention to the customers. I would have given this store a zero, had that option been available. It's representatives like this that give Sprint an even more bad name and overall bad impression of the company.

  Thumbs way up for Jorge and Brent for helping me and providing amazing service. Jorge went out of his way to find exactly what I needed and picked up the item from a different location. They were both extremely courteous and friendly. Thank you Merry Christmas guys

  This store is great! They are helpful and not- All in your face- Like some stores trying to upsell you. You tell them your budget and they help you get what you need. So very happy I switched! You should too! Ask for Kenia- she's awesome!
