  Called to get a samsung watch was told to come in and they could help me. So i went in on my break when i get their they tell me they dont have them in stock so they send me to another store and same thing sprint customer service just plain sucks!!!!

  At this location I have had the worst experience I have ever had in with any customer service representative. This entire store was a joke, the lead technician actually broke my wife's phone will attempting to fix her phone and then said that the phone had broken cause my wife had dropped it a few months earlier, which originally caused the break of the glass. While this same technician broke my wife's phone, he was playing a video game the entire time while talking to us and trying to fix the phone. Incredible that people like this are actually employed at establishments.

  Customer service at this location is piss poor. Many customers come to get great service but leave with headaches. This store needs a new staff and new techs. I have never been at a company we’re you have reps that laugh at customers when there walking out and tell the customer there in the wrong. James the manager was helpful in some areas but did not in all and SHane the head tech needs a lesson on how to talk to customers and not talk to them as if there dogs.

  Just went to sprint today to see about getting a new phone, as well as a tablet. I worked with Renee Gonzalez the entire time and she was absolutely fantastic. Not only was she very knowledgeable and willing to help me out with our messy account and some of the confusing aspects of what we wanted to do, but she was personable and friendly and an all around fun person to talk to! The other staff were also very pleasant and welcoming, it was a really enjoyable environment. I left with everything I wanted taken care off quickly and easily and with a big smile. Definitely would recommend this store to anybody who uses Sprint, they were excellent.
