    After being a loyal customer to Sprint for five (5) straight years and awaited their long dreaded transition from 3G to the 4G and eventually 4G-LTE, I had to drop it. My first Sprint 📱was an HTC Evo, next a Samsung Galaxy S4 and my last smartphone was a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 which I liked very much. However, Sprint's signal 📶 reception sucks in certain areas of the metropolitan. 🤔 Most major U.S. cellphone carriers have strong, good and poor signal 📶 reception. But Sprint seems to have been good, poor, bad 👎 or no 🚫 reception to the point that I felt the urge to purchase a cellphone signal 📶 booster that would be compatible with Sprint's CDMA's narrow-minded and network 📡, although I was on an UNLIMITED 4G plan. - Noticeable from normal moving traffic. - No FREE public parking for customers. - Use the ParkNYC app for street parking. - Wheelchair ♿ accessible entrance. - Obviously no FREE public restroom 🚻. - Some Floor Staffs needs more customer service training. But the Slavic girl Sales Rep who served me was friendly and patient. - Clean premise. I got the Sprint Connect 2 device during a promo for free if I agreed to sign up for the $19.99 monthly Home phone 🏠📞 service on their CDMA 4G LTE network 📡 which I did. I connected my GE (General Electric) 6.0 Deck multipurpose landline cordless phone to the Sprint Connect 2 cellular 4G-LTE enabled device for home phone 🏠📞 service. Due to some signal 📶 interference in my neighborhood and within my workplace, expensive unlimited 4G-LTE service, 18-month of straight payment to get my phone 📱unlocked 🔓 and NO FREE Wi-Fi hotspot, I had resolved to leave Sprint forever. And now, I'm on one of the best GSM world networks 📡, my smartphone is PERMANENTLY UNLOCKED 🔓 upon request and I'm enjoying FREE 4G-LTE Wi-Fi hotspot on T-Mobile's unlimited 4G-LTE network 📡.. I would only recommend anyone who's living within Sprint's 4G-LTE towers range. Otherwise, if living around skyscrapers and mountains 🗻, then avoid Sprint.

    My friend has had an account with Sprint for 15 years. He has been very happy with his service, and has never had a problem going into any Sprint store and receiving decent customer service. However, this evening a female customer service representative at this location treated my friend and I like trash. We went into the store, spoke to the male customer service representative who was very pleasant but needed help figuring out the order, so he asked his coworker. This coworker was anything but helpful. She looked us up and down like we were garbage and then made up a reason why we couldn't pick up the phone that we had ordered online. We had a printed confirmation with proof of payment from ordering the phone online and yet she claimed "you must've made a mistake when ordering because it says here you ordered a different kind of phone and I can't clear it from the system for 6 hours". I explained that Sprint had only sent one confirmation to us via email and it was this confirmation that had the phone that we wanted and already paid for and this store listed clearly as the pickup location. She said she was sorry there's nothing she could do and even her coworker was looking at her suspiciously. We asked if she could call the Sprint customer service line and perhaps get additional assistance via phone and she said no. She made zero effort to help us and we did not make any mistake when placing the online order. The printed confirmation had everything clearly and accurately outlined. My friend is convinced that she was rude to us because she perceived us as "together" as an interracial couple. I have no proof of this but it was a very bizarre experience before we even asked her for help so now I'm starting to wonder if perhaps he is right. We are sitting in our car with a confirmation for the phone that we ordered and yet she is refusing to fulfill this order despite the confirmation that says we paid for this phone and it was to be picked up today at this particular store. There's no explanation for why we are being treated this way we have both been calm and respectful and we have proof of purchase.
