  Zero Stars, just like sprint customer service Sprint store are full of dishonest jack wagons. Avoid this and all sprint stores.

  Came here back in 2016 and staff was not dping their job they qere just standing and talking to each other. The Samsung VR was broken I think personally that it was working and they were lying.

  Omar was a terrible service representative. Wrote down directions on post-it-notes on how to change my line in handwriting that was barely legible. When I went home to try to do the process he spoke to me about, nothing worked. Had to call customer service and work with a representative for 30 minutes to get it sorted out. Omar did not even give me my account number at the store to make the process possible when I got home. The sales reps are not helpful and made my process more time consuming and frustrating. I would not recommend this sprint store. Very unhappy with my experience.

  Los vendedores son incompetentes q cuando le aces una pregunta se quedan pensando para rresponder no saven tratar al cliente sprint de jersey gardens mall es malisima la atencion
