  Store is not customer friendly.. I went for phone repair three times and they never have parts in stock.. Tech could not confirm when parts come in to make repairs The employees are fatally ghetto and think they are doing the customer a favor. Customer is king in my world They should all be retrained on customer focus.. horrible experience. Bad business .

  I went there to swap my iPhone to a newer one, somehow they managed to switch my plan from unlimited data to 1gig monthly. Of course, heavy overages piled up quickly and I had to be on the phone for hours to get rid of these ridiculous charges.

  Worst store ever ...called sprint and was told that I could drop off my old phone at any corporate store location...so being that this was the closest i went here...when I get there I was told that I couldn't drop off my phone..called sprint back and was told that policy is for them to take the phone but they can't force them to take it ...what's the point of the policy if they don't have to abide by it.. waste of time ...would have went to Kings plaza location first if I knew this was gonna happen.. at least they follow the rules
