  We were lured in by a good deal on a 5-line plan and called on no less than THREE separate occasions to ask if we could bring our existing phones. They assured us three times that they could take our Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge. Then we get to the store with our family and all of a sudden it's not compatable. And they try to pitch us on financing new ones. It was going to cost us more than if we just added everyone onto our previous unlimited plan with TMobile. We did the math. And Brandon (manager) tried to tell us it wasn't possible. At least KNOW YOUR PRODUCTS! And we had talked to the manager before going in, so it's not lack of experience....

  The store is brand new and beautifully done. All of the staff are extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I was so happy to switch my family to sprint and at this location!
