  Had a great experience at the Sprint store in Kearny young lady that helped me out was great really help me get what I needed today and more came in for one thing left out with two new phones lol the store manager was very helpful and amicable and personable I. Really enjoyed my experience today at Sprint that usually doesn't work out that way so I'm glad I stopped at the Kearny store I would recommend it to all friends and family thanks Nina S And Dalia

  I had the worst experience there. The rep that handled my upgrade lied and cheated me out of $85. He kept pushing these rediculously overpriced accessories on me. I refused all accessories because I can get it at a better price on Amazon or at the Five Below that’s a couple of blocks away from the store. He went ahead and placed these tampered glass protectors on my phone without my consent. He then said it was free. Well I thought it was very kind of him. Only to be told that there are some “fees” that will be charged for $85.48 (2 cellphones) that isn’t covered by sprint. I thought that was weird but he was confusing me about the fees and charges. Anyway, I left the store paying the $36 activation fee for each phone and this questionable $85.48 charge on my card. Well, I was given a receipt for the $64.12 (activation fee) and nothing for the $85.48. I also remembered going there two years prior when I first opened the account and didn’t pay and additional costs. So I started researching online regarding Sprint’s additional fees and and found nothing outside of the activation fees. I didn’t have to make any down payments or pay restocking fees, NOTHING! So I called and left multiple messages and received no replies with the store. Still today, no one, not even my bank can tell me what the $85.48 was for. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! They will rob you of money and lie to you about what it’s for?

  I stopped in to pay bill in the 331 Kearny ave location, and was in and out. The energy in the store from the sales associates was amazing and entertaining. The manager Randall was very kind and quick to help me with some questions I had about an application and the sales associate Jason was hilarious and gave my daughter a free coloring book with some crayons. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about switching to sprint, to go see my guys at the sprint store on 331 Kearny ave! Thank you guys!!
