  This place sucks the service was bad the doors were close at 1040am and tje person who worked there was not helpful at all.!

  A male associate at this store is duplicitous and will lie to sell a product that Sprint wants him to push. I went into this store to ask about Wi-Fi options since I already use Sprint for my phone. I was helped by a man who appeared to be the manager and a woman who was helping that store, but worked at a different location. The woman first showed me a Wi-Fi option priced at about $115 a month. She suggested I get the Sprint Tablet with unlimited 10GB to be used as a portable hotspot. This option is $20 each month. I explained that I know nothing about what 10 GB speed is and that this hotspot would be used by three people. They both assured me that this is the better option. I went back into the store a few days later because the hotspot speed began to slow down significantly. The man who appeared to be the manager claims the woman explained to me that the portable hotspot data WAS limited, but using the tablet itself had unlimited data. If I had known that, I would have sought Wi-Fi options. Nobody would purchase a limited Wi-Fi source when the plan is for multiple people to link various devices to it. Sales associates should not have to resort to deceiving customers in order to sell their products.

  Terrible customer service. Over priced accessories and they CHARGE to pay your bill.

  This is not a sprintpcs true store.. Don't shop here.. Any cell phone you buy from this store.. This place is (Mobile City). Sprint stores won't help you if you got a phone from this place.. Reasons why they won't help cause they both have different computers.. Which makes no sense. Then why repsent Sprintpcs.. ?? If the place is not a Corporate Sprintpcs store.. Don't shop there for your phone.. When you walk into the store there's no (Mobile City) sign on the wall at all. This is all true.. No reason for me to lie.. Call sprint and ask for your self...!!! Buying from a 3 rd party store.. Which this store is (Mobile City.. ) not a true full Sprintpcs Store.!!!

  Worst sprint store ever!!!!!! Rude service technician offered no help whatsoever. Young woman at the front desk directed me to service desk at rear of the store. The "Tech" has no idea how to do anything except direct you to another store...I will be taking that advice and will never return
