  Staff was speaking as if they were giving me a favour . Also very quietly, had to ask them to speak up, and when they did not I had to make them uncomfortable by walking up to their lazy faces. T-mobile down the street gave me a better deal anyway. Or maybe I just didn’t hear their deal. Who knows? Don’t go there

  The sprint store on 86st is one of the best sprint store I been to they try and help u with any problems not like the sprint store in fordham worth the trip from the bronx to the upper east side just for the service

  An employee at this store stole my credit card information. In my review made a few months ago under the name "Kyle Witzen," I described how I went to this store to buy a charger and waited for about 10 minutes while the cashier typed a bunch of numbers with my credit card in his hand, took a picture of my drivers license, insisted that I pay in cash, and reacted harshly when I asked what he was doing. He did this because he was stealing my credit card information. I suspected this, and I have been using a different card since then waiting for someone to buy something with my card. And then it happened: An unexplained purchase of 53 dollars on Amazon was made on my account this month. I have filed a claim with my bank. This store should be closed down. Avoid at all costs.

  On Friday around 6pm I entered this location with my mind set on switching over from T-Mobile. I wanted to purchase a iPhone X. Upon entering the store I wasn’t greeted. The store wasn’t busy. There was 3 people who could have assisted me. Instead I was standing waiting for someone to ask me if I needed help. One guy who was standing in the front ,behind a register saw I needed help even after trying to call him over he just ignored me. Then 2 people in the back where just talking not even paying me no mind. I asked a girl who was busy, if she was the only one who can help me. She asked me to please give her 2 minutes. I literally was standing there for 15minutes. I became frustrated and left. I ended up switching over to Verizon. The customer service was excellent, I was helped right away. And found a better deal then I would have at sprint. Some advice to Sprint, hire employees who believe in your company and are not just there to stand around and ignore customers who help keep your business thriving. Coulda- woulda been a customer. Your lost !!
