  The worst experience ever, i had to go to doctor couple times, i was very stressed because of what they did to me. I might end up living in the street because of them. They had a promotion “you buy one phone ,get another one for free” there was an Arabic guy , (not the fat one, skinnier one) who was telling me that i could just try it for couple months and if i didn’t like , i won’t loose anything, i can return the phones. I was very happy but after a month i decided to return them and change the provider company,cause i didn’t like the the service of Sprint and they were charging me about 200$ for 2 lines. When i went there and tell i wanted to change sprint they told me that i couldn’t do that for next 18 months, and they didn’t remember anything about what the Arabic guy told me ,but i had no choice i had to cancel because of that crazy fee . So they charged me the price of both phones plus 160$ extra on each phone for canceling the sprint, which was around 2000$. I’m new in this country and i did not know people were such liars can do such things to costumers because of that ridiculous commisons .Now i can’t pay for my rent because of them , i can’t even buy food .I was even thinking about the suicide lately because of this situation , everything what i’m going through now is on that Arabic guys shoulders and if god really exists Karma will find and pay him back.

  Went in to sign up for a new line, everyone was super nice and helpful. The wait was short but u can also bok an appointment online. Store is neat, there are benches for waiting. All the newest phones available for trying out.

  So a few weeks ago I was going to activate my phone here but for some reason they couldn't get it to work. They tried several times and nothing, they then told me that it was the phone and that I had to get a new one. So that night I was bummed out. So today I went to sprint website to get myself a new phone when I noticed something odd. Apparently the SIM card ID was different to the one that was assigned online. Which made me wonder that the people at the store were completely idiots. Serious how can you accidentally put several numbers wrong I mean I can understand one or two numbers but to put more than half is just mind-blowing. So I was able to activate the phone once I applied the right SIM card ID online. TL:DR Some employees are stupid and need to get their head out of there ass. They were more focus on selling Bluetooth speakers instead of the main reason I came for.
