Why are they so expensive?? Even with a discount, I paid almost $9 for two cupcakes. I understand there's other caupcake locations that have similar pricing, but at least the cupcakes are worth the price. I can be very picky about things, especially sweets. The red velvet cupcake had a very artificial taste. For some reason the frosting, had close to no cream cheese flavor. I also ordered the cinnamon sugar cupcake and it was very dry. It tasted more like a muffin since there was close to no frosting on the cupcake. As far as service, there's nothing too much to say. The location and the cupcake display itself is clean. There's no annual pass holder discount.

I like the cupcakes a lot... I just wish I didn't have to go to downtown disney to get there.

Great cupcakes. Moist and fresh. Salted Caramel is delicious.

I don't know how you can screw up a cupcake but give these guys an award for it. I've tried multiple items here and all of them were poorly flavored in my opinion. Presentation was acceptable but considering the plethora of sweet treats available in downtown Disney literally a few steps to the left and right of sprinkles this is a huge pass for me. You will get better value elsewhere, it will be fresher, and taste better too. Their store looks like Apple decided to open a cupcake shop, it has a beautiful design and modern look. The service was pleasant but few things can redeem them if their product just isn't there. I kept thinking I must have gotten a sugar free or food allergy version that was missing the key ingredients. Seriously... it was that bad.

We ordered 5 different cupcakes. Four of them were tasty enough to warrant more stars. Then there was the Red Velvet. It was October 5th and I don't remember any special signage, but it's as if we were given the gluten-free, sugar-free, or vegan Red Velvet when we had made no such special request nor was anything indicated on the receipt. The result was very disappointing and the cupcake went unfinished after we all sampled it.
