They are unfair and bias...... The have failure to communicate with guests and give false information and they do not allow 5 or more kids in a room

I had the pleasure of staying at the SHS in Bakery Square because I was attending a lecture and training at Pitt. I knew the Springhill Suites brand has a great reputation in my town at home. My room was spotless, and it was a great complimentary breakfast. Lots of attractions such as local stores and restaurants were fun to visit during my weekend stay. The commute to pitt was easy and it was such a close drive. I will come back here when I have more trainings in the city. 5 + stars!

Rooms were extraordinarily nice and the free breakfast was also pretty good for a hotel. I'd definitely stay again

Staff was polite, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Hotel was updated and clean. Basic hot/cold breakfast offered. Area around was bright, clean and pleasant. With hotel being a comfortable waking distance to places to eat and enjoy yourself. I didn't like the fact the sleeper couch had only a full size mattress but I was pleased with my stay overall.

Nice location right in Bakery Square, it was a short trip to the office, dining, and museums. Breakfast bar was okay, but nothing special until Saturday when they busted out a pair of Belgian waffle irons to make your own waffles. The shuttle made getting around easy. The room was very comfortable, clean, and pretty quiet. Didn't use the gym or pool, so can't speak to those. Overall a nice trip and I look forward to being back in the fall.
