  The staff and management are very friendly and helpful during the time that my friends and I were here during this past week. I have personally felt that the continental breakfasts were very good and delicious.

  Staff was courteous; Rooms were much cleaner than my previous visit last year (dirty rooms; overwhelming, constant smoke smell; inattentive staff). Thumbs up to the leadership team for making such a drastic improvement from earlier and creating an environment I wouldn't mind revisiting in the future. 👍👍

  First let me say the staff (front desk, breakfast servers) of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The valet group was always cheerful and full of info about our daily tourist destinations. BUT... While the room was nice the bathroom was outdated with a tub loosing it's caulking and peeling wallpaper and a contact lens from the previous occupants was on the floor of the bathroom when we moved in. AND My son would also like it noted that the sofa bed was noisy and extremely uncomfortable.

  I was in Memphis for a weekend conference in March and stayed at the SpringHill Suites. Other than the location and the size of rooms I don’t have a lot of good things to say about this hotel. The thermostat in the room was fixed at 72 degrees no matter how much I tried to fight it. This made the room pretty warm and humid at night. The towels were clean but not of very good quality. However the thing that annoyed us the most was the parking situation. Parking is way offsite in an old dingy deck. We were not made aware of this during booking or even when we checked in. The hotel next to us had onsite parking and I wish we knew this when we made reservations. Also the layout of the building is very confusing and the elevator from the main lobby only goes to the third floor and you have to take another elevator to get to the higher floors. We were informed of this at check in however. I will look to find another hotel in downtown Memphis next time.

  It is one of my favorite places to stay I enjoy it very clean staff is great location is perfect if you're going to stay downtown and go to Beale Street how to view of the courtyard lovely peaceful even though there was tons of kids running around there was no sound it was awesome
