  Great full breakfast, wonderful staff, rooms due to be rennovated next month, yet I have paid more and gotten much less. The living part is separated from the bedroom by the bathroom, a TV in both areas. Staff very helpful; manager called after first night to see if anything needed. One TV we could not get to turn on, taken care of right away. A desk clerk was using smart phone, but put it away right away when spoken to. So many people pass by the desk, few have questions, so speak up and make yourself known to have a need and you will be cared for! Pictures of breakfast area, 24hour snack bar, and front lobby.

  Staff were very nice, including the cleaning staff. The free breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, but also included a meat (bacon or sausage). The temperature in the room wasn't calibrated well- we set the A/C unit to 85 which felt way more comfortable than 70. Overall, a nice stay at a mid-price range hotel.

  First of all, breakfast is great. Eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, and all the coffee, juice you'd hope for plus 3 different newspapers. Great attention to the breakfast crowd. Night time it felt slim on help, although those there were very helpful. Some noisy patrons on the halls and noticeable street noise. Very convenient to arena, stadium and health department HQ. TV screens were a bit dated. Rooms were nice sized.

  I understand updating will come in the near future, but I hope it's more than furniture. Our first room had a dingy bathroom with pink mold and a rusty faucet. The mini fridge was leaking all over the carpet causing it to be soaking wet, and the stain there lead me to believe it was a usual occurrence. The staff is friendly and happily moved is to another room. The second room was better, but still everything from the doors to the fixtures needs to be replaced for this to measure up to what I expect from a Marriott property.

  Pretty rundown for a Marriott property. Majority of staff seem grumpy. Breakfast is on low end of Marriott standard breakfast. The breakfast area is small and it can be hard to find a table. Pool area didn’t have towels out for the 3 days we stayed and had to go to front desk to get them. Even after complaining I was told they’re just being washed now and they were going to put them out but they never did. Highlight of the hotel are the shuttle bus drivers. They are very helpful and friendly. The social hour reception is also pretty bad with low end snacks and unhappy staff. They have a small sign that says shuttle bus starts at 6 am and comes every 45 minutes. People continually ask when the next bus coming. Would it be so difficult to make a big sign that actually shows the times so people don’t have to figure out that the bus comes at 10:30, and where to catch the shuttle bus? It’s the little things that make a hotel stand out and this one doesn’t have any of them.
