  Front desk was awesome, valet was great, the room I had was big and clean. Centrally located and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Had a great experience here.

  Well, this is a really nice hotel. Nice and centrally located! The train is just a block away and extremely convenient! The staff breakfast staff is really friendly! The desk staff is also friendly, o did have a couple incidences when I called and they answered and immediately was put on hold, another answer was, "I'm busy with a guest can you call back in ten minutes?" Hell, I was a guest there too! My room was comfy and spacious! Bathroom was nice too! Their Continental breakfast is also delicious! Now for the bad. They have valet service. I personally loathe valet service. When I first arrived I had asked if I had to use valet. The guy said yes. Well, hell. So fine. Turns out the valet guy was careless enough to clip my truck on the side pillar in their garage causing $3k in damages. I understand their valet company is a third party company. Heck, they were nice enough to waive my valet fees, they only did this because I asked them to, if I didn't mention it, Im sure they would have left the valet charge. If anything I would have hoped the Springhill Suites would mention there's a parking lot a block away for the people who do not want to use the valet service. Even if you could have the valet guy sit in your car while you park your car. The supervisor for the valet was a little difficult to reach. He did fill out the paperwork but failed to send it in the correct way to claims. So this headache continues. All in all the hotel is very nice and pleasant but the valet service is risky business. I've never trusted valet before and never will. If the hotel staff and valet staff were terrible this place would be a 1 star experience but the stay and service made up for it.

  Great downtown location. Our room was clean w/modern decor. The staff was very friendly. I only wish there were other parking options, other than the $30/Night valet.

  Great hotel. Great staff. The housekeeping staff took care of any of our needs. Kodoes to them great job. When we needed an extra day the front desk took care of us. Loved the breakfast. Nice clean and fresh. Good oatmeal. We were in town for the rodeo. My granddaughter is in FFA and had a speaking contest. Great job guys we will be back. Best stay ever. I love your hotel, thank you

  I was here for business and I enjoyed a pleasant stay. The staff was very personable & courteous. The room was clean & was setup in a way that allowed me & my roommate to work comfortably. There were 2 fitness room options. I used Courtyard's fitness room which had a great selection of machines. Shopping was across the street & there were nice restaurant options in the area.
