Nice staff and beautiful hotel but they tried to scam me out of money not once not twice. First they charged me extra 30 dollars for the incidentals deposit, which I got refunded the next day. The day after that they tried to charge me 70 dollars for parking when I DID NOT EVEN HAVE A CAR. Absolutely ridiculous that a hotel would try to take advantage and SCAM me of my money not once but twice over the span on three days.

Hotel is right downtown. Though nervous at first by the ongoing construction outside, our stay couldn't have been better! Corner room on the top floor. Spacious, clean and quiet.

We stayed at SpringHill Suites for a weekend trip to Baltimore. The check-in process was very smooth but as soon as we got to the room, we had issues. The toilet clogged after the first use and since it was around 9:30pm, there was no maintenance on site. I called the front desk and she said maintenance didn't come in till 11pm and that all the rooms were booked so we just had to wait. We waited for about an hour before someone was able to come up and fix the toilet. The door knob came off of the bathroom while we were there as well. We decided to check-out around 5am on the day of our departure and the maintenance man had to go find the front desk person because he saw me standing there unattended. I had to wait for at least 20 minutes at the front desk before receiving service. Once I received my receipt, they charged us twice for valet (which was $40) when we only used it once. FYI, you will have to pay to park, either by valet or at a parking garage. All-in-all, the room was very clean but the customer service was very unprofessional. I would not choose to stay at SpringHill Suites the next time I travel to Baltimore.

Had a great stay. Just the right amount of space for all five of us. Close proximity to the Ravens stadium (which is why we were there) and other small bars, restaurants and convenient stores. Two bars we just stumbled across while walking to the Royal Farms (they didn't even show up on Google Maps). There is a bar advertised in the hotel, sadly when I finally did find it, it looked nothing like the pictures and was empty. The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. Wouldnt mind staying here again the next time I venture into Baltimore.

We checked in late and our room was ready it was a larger size for a reasonable price seeing that it was for 5 guest. They offer park and sail packages that are well worth the price. Your close enough to the harbor you can walk there. Kristy at the front desk was very pleasant and the valet service was quick and polite. Rooms are clean and they offer a free large hot breakfast .great place to stay for families. Oh it also has these beautiful family style tables to eat at on the first floor.
