Poor front desk customer service. Went to front desk to get change and soap to wash some clothes before surgery the next morning. Started wash machine on cold/ cold for colors to mix soap. Opened lid to put in clothes but noticed steam coming from water. It was hot water. Almost lost 400.00 worth of clothing. Went to front desk to tell them hopeing there was a fix.they did not have one and would not refund my 5 dollars after talking to manager.

Room is big than most hotels, There is a real living room with smart TV. Our room and kids room is connect to each other, we can check them out without go outside. there is a swimming pool, it is not big, but kids have fun time there. staff is friendly.

I enjoyed the fact that the theater is practically in their backyard and the rooms were nice and large. The decor and carpeting looked worn. Breakfast was good. Theresa was great at the front counter.

The room was beautiful, and close to everything we were doing while staying. They were very accommodating for our disabled guest. My only complaints were that there were constantly children playing in the hot tub, the chlorine was so strong none of us could stand to be in the room for more than fifteen minutes and it caused serious eye irritation for the duration of the night, and there was no fan in the bathroom so it was incredibly hot all the time.
