Very happy with this bike store. I bought an ebike (elsewhere) at the beginning of this month, and have been into the shop at least 5 times now with questions, to attend their free fix-a-flat class, to buy various accessories (and return 1), to see about a recurring squeak that developed... Every time, the staff is friendly, cheerful, helpful. The guys in the service/repair bay are something else, too... knowledgeable and very helpful and generous with their time, and willing to look into my issues and try and resolve them, and willing to show me & explain to me what they're doing (I'm basically a newbie, but I want to know more about my bike & its components.)

This is a great bike store. Their service department is friendly, helpful and extremely competent. Recently, I consulted Anna about tweaking my bike fit since I was experiencing some knee pain. She did a superb job of making adjustments that were helpful for my knee but did not cause any discomfort in my neck/shoulders. As a result, I was able to bike from Miami to Key West FL and back pain free! Pay them a visit - you won't be sorry.

A good family friendly neighborhood bike shop. They can accommodate almost any need even up to individuals that race. Bob is a great wheel builder also.

I am a regular customer here and join their weekly rides out of the shop. I really can't say enough about these guys. They're mechanics are super knowledgeable and have helped me out of many jams and are always happy to answer any question. Their sales people are super friendly and it's just the type of local bike shop I've always loved. Engaged in the community, approachable and great for more advanced riders. Also Bill's wheels are the best in the nation. Go here if you need anything bike related.

As competitive as the retail landscape is these days, customer service will be the differentiator. The tall, grey-haired bespectacled manager doesn't realize this. His employees do, though. NEVER. GOING. BACK. EVER.
