We were visiting from Portland and were looking for a vegetarian/vegan friendly place to eat. We looked up their menu and saw we had some options, we got the eggplant dish and the mao pao tofu and it was so greasy it made us feel sick the next day. Would not recommend for any vegetarians.

Food is super good. Would give 5 stars but the customer service needs a lot of work and I know you guys know we see the sign with your cleanliness rating with the health board. It just says “okay” level which is worrisome. You guys need to work on that.

Food is okay. However, the Korean server simply says to our face ( group of 6 people): “write down your order on the paper! I don’t have time!” Man, we are not a group of people coming here to get free food. At the end we are paying tips. This Korean sever has been here for over a year and clearly he hasn’t improved. I don’t think he should treat customer like this. If you are busy, we can wait a bit. Don’t let customer do your work. It’s not polite.

I like the 江北水煮鱼 here. It uses fresh fish, with head on. However, it's a bit too oily. But overall, the service is fine and thr price is low. Will visit again.

Unfortunately language barrier led to inaccurate ordering. When I explained that I wanted a red pepper spicy meal, i got bell peppers instead which were overcooked in way too much oil. Gross. the beef was also very bland, unseasoned. it took an extra 20 minutes just to get raw red peppers chopped... on the side, instead of getting the dish replaced, when I told two different servers the order was wrong and I wanted spicy. Granted, it was pretty busy, so I can't say I can recommend the place in busy late hours. I came for spicy food and left disappointed. Will try it again sometime. Oh, the beers are cheap, so there's that.
