  Called in an order. Was very specific on what I wanted. Before any thinks I was difficult or had extreme demands. I ordered a "chicken tikki masala" and requested it to be "extra extra spicy". I repeated it at least twice and even made a joke that I could handle it as she asked if I was sure when I placed my order. I responded "yes extra spicy please". The order arrived roughly 45 minutes later and wasn't even mild spice. It had no heat at all and the food was warm as well. There was barely any flavor and was very disappointing. I called as requested to speak to the manager. Was informed by the same woman that took my order that she had "just left" asked for the managers name and she refused to share. Was promised a call back two days ago and nothing. Would not recommend this place as they by their actions do no care about the quality of the food they are serving and the customer service is poor at best. There are better places to eat Indian food!

  Food was good delivery was an experience, had to wait 2 and a half hours for our food. Didn't care for eating at 9:30 at night.

  I love this place. The owner is very nice, and all the staff try their best to help you. I had to give this place a four because of some take out struggles but asside from that this place is great. The negatives are on occasions their food takes five-ten minutes longer to come out then their eta. Also two times they messed up my order. That being said the service is fantastic. Spice Rack truly goes above and beyond for you. My friend ordered the other day right before they closed (huge inconvenience for eatieres) and they stayed open ten minutes after closing just to complete his order. They even offered to make Samosas too while he was there. It is a place with good prices, good food, and most importantly, great service. The only thing you might have to take into consideration is the take out. Arrive a few minutes later then they say, and have them repeat the order back for you. It is a small annoyance to enjoy great Indian food. I hope to give this place a five out of five one day. P.S The Paneer Masala is my favorite!

  I enjoy their food every single time I go, I am never disappointed. They give me samples for dishes I have never had. The food is so flavorful and the service is nice. I've been going since Febuary 2017, and kind of stumbled upon it. Finding good ethnic vegan meals on Staten Island is hard, so I was very happy to find something ETHNIC and VEGAN FRIENDLY. I happen to still eat fish, so I tried their King fish curry and oh my goodness! delicious! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ! and affordable!
