::Great service! Spoke to a live person when I called. Was called prior to delivery. Had a very nice delivery man, Carlos. This guy new what he was doing and was super attentive. He remembered both my husband and my name. Was very friendly. Price was $200 cheaper than Home Depot, Lowe’s, or JC Penny. You guys are a 10!

::The delivery team was amazing! Both men were polite, cautious of things around them when moving the appliances and so sweet. I liked the update call since I was out of the house when they were on their way. They called and gave me a 15 minute heads up and I was able to be home just in time! Thanks so much!

::Courteous service. Salesman D.J. went over and above to find what I needed. Maybe he was lucky. Or maybe it was my lucky day, but refrigerator I needed was in their warehouse. So I didn't have to wait for an order to arrive. Thank you Spencer's. Thank you D.J. for finding the appliance, and a great big thanks to Carlos and partner for swift delivery and set up. I appreciate the care they took. In my opinion they are SUPER men!

::I’ve bought all of my personal appliances from Spencer’s, and nowhere else, for years...because I know I’ll get great service, and they take care & answer my questions if I have any. Great sales team & their delivery guys were courteous & knowledgeable about my products. Being a business owner myself, it’s very important to let the public know when a company is doing everything right. They need the feedback, so they can tweak any areas that need tweaking. You don’t stay in business as long as Spencer's, however, if you’re failing your customers. I’d give them 6 stars...but they only allow 5! Great company to do business with!
